Q Do you carry stock?
A Yes, a range of the most frequently sold products in our region are generally always in stock. There are in excess of 10,000 products in our range of brands and products. Please contact us to assist you in determining which solution will best meet your requirements. Large project deliveries are executed directly from the factory. To put things into perspective, we could generally deliver 2 to 3 restaurant kitchen from stock at any time. We generally have no fewer than 10 ovens in stock, 10 dishwashers of each variety are set as minimum stock levels, gas and electric ranges, refrigerators and much more. We have systems in place to automatically re order stock when minimum levels are reached, however, from time to time we do find ourselves out of stock as a result of unexpected demand, so please, always check availability.
Q What about spare parts?
A At our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa, we carry no less than ZAR1,000,000 in spare parts. Our Cape Town Office is currently establishing a stock holding of both spare parts and finished goods which will result in even faster turnaround time in the Western Cape. All other areas are covered from Johannesburg central distribution. Should we not have the component you require, we will air freight it for delivery within five to seven days. Q What about after sales service?
A We have qualified and authorized service agents and staff throughout our region, please contact us for a service agent in you area.
All our products are covered by a one year factory warranty. The warranty is effective on site. PKS is the only Electrolux Professional Blue Servcie company in Africa.
Q Where are your products manufactured?
A All Electrolux and Zanussi Professioanl Appliances are manufactured in Italy, Switzerland, France and Sweden, without exception. All factories are ISO9001 certified and all products exceed CE and SABS standards. PKS only represents Electrolux Professional brands and will not deviate or supply inferior ‘similar’ products.
Q What about other dealers who claim to be Electrolux Agents or Distributors?
A In todays world, ethics are virtually nonexistant and many people may claim to represent or sell our products, but actually misuse our brand names to secure your order, then supply alternative products assuming you will not know the difference. We as PKS cannot be everywhere all the time, and we have many authorised dealers and service agents throughout our regions. To be sure you are dealing with an authorised dealer, contact us to confirm their authenticity.
